We stand behind the excellence of our products and believe so strongly in the quality and performance of our gear we are proud to offer a 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on all our hockey equipment.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and have peace of mind knowing that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Croc Hockey product within 90 days of purchase, you can return it hassle-free for a full refund.

Returns for Change of Mind (Club Members Exclusive):

You are welcome to return or exchange Goods if you change your mind within 90 days of order date. We will even pay for the return freight.

Return an Item

Returns must be made within 90 days of order. Refunds will be refunded using the original card used at the time of your purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.

Returns / Warranty:

In the unlikely event you have a defective product please contact us as soon as possible so we can get you back on field without undue delay. Croc Hockey will cover the cost of freight, postage or any other transport costs associated with returns of faulty goods. The Australian Consumer Law conditions below apply to order returns for customers who have received a product with a major fault.

Australian Consumer Law deems a major fault to be when a product:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it.
  • Has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about them.
  • Is significantly different from the display or description.
  • Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
  • It doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
  • It is unsafe

Warranty Claims Process

In the unfortunate event that you need to make a warranty claim please email info@crochockey.com.au as soon as practical. It may be helpful if you include some pictures of the issue you have had to help us ensure we can eliminate any possible future occurrences.

Modification of orders

Customers can modify an online order simply by contacting Croc Hockey via email at info@crochockey.com.au

Cancellations

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded by the following business day. Please contact us via email on info@crochockey.com.au  to cancel your order. Refunds will be processed the next business day.
